The District provides fire protection and emergency medical services in Bollinger County, Missouri.
Services to Non-Residents
If the District responds within its District to an incident involving non-residents, the District will charge the fee allowed by RSMo 321.220(12) and Ordinance #2022-001 which is $100 per incident plus $250 per hour billed in 15-minute increments.
Hazardous Materials Emergencies
If the District responds to an incident involving a hazardous material spill, the District will charge for reasonable and necessary costs allowed by RSMo 260.546.
Filling Swimming Pools
The District is unable to fill the swimming pools of District residents for liability insurance reasons and risk of the appartus being out of service for emergency incidents.
