The District hereby adopts and shall follow the requirements of Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, also known as the “Sunshine Law” or the “Open Meetings and Records Act”, as may be amended from time to time, except that all meetings, records, and votes closable pursuant to Section 610.021 thereof are hereby declared closed. Such records shall not be open to the public and shall be and remain confidential to the District to the extent allowed by law. The Secretary is hereby named the District’s custodian of records and shall be responsible for compliance with the Sunshine Law
Sedgewickville Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Sedgewickville Fire Protection District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
