Jesse Bishop joined the Sedgewickville Fire Protection District on January 9, 2024, beginning his service as a Junior Firefighter.

A senior at Oak Ridge High School at the time, Jesse simultaneously pursued emergency medical training by attending EMT classes at the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. His early involvement in emergency services reflects a strong commitment to learning and community service.

Jesse graduated from Oak Ridge High School in May of 2024 and was promoted to Probationary Firefighter with the Sedgewickville Fire Protection District in June of 2024. He continues to pursue his goal of building a career in emergency medical and fire services while serving his community.
