Harold was born and raised in Scott County MO and now lives in Sedgewickville MO. He is married to Laurie Starkey-Cobb with 5 children and 9 grandchildren.
Harold enjoys riding horses and working around the farm during his leisure time.
Harold likes being a Board Member because it is a way to be able to contribute to the Community.
