FROM THE SEDGEWICKVILLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS

APRIL 2025 ELECTION

Sedgewickville Fire Protection District has two Board of Director positions for the April 2025 election. 

●       Terms will be six years. 

●       Candidate collections will be from December 10, 2024 to December 31, 2024 by Cindy Mungle, Secretary to the Board.

To be qualified to serve as a director (MO Revisor of Statues 321.130):

●       Shall be a resident and voter of the district for at least one year before the election or appointment

●       Shall be over the age of twenty-four (24) years

Additional requirements:

●       Completed and notorized Form 5120 – Candidate’s Affidavit of Tax Payments and Bonding requirements.

●       $50.00 filing fee non-refundable (make check payable to: Sedgewickville Fire Protection District)

Once the board has declared the election results, the new board of 5-members will be sworn in (take oath) and then vote on Board of Director Office Positions.
